The Amazonas Traveller Camp XXL is a complete hammock camping set for trekking, hiking, and comfortable summer nights outdoors. Traveller Camp XXL is built on the same proven design as the classic Traveller Camp, but with significantly more space. This makes it an excellent choice especially for taller users or anyone who values a roomier sleeping area and more freedom of movement.

Spacious Interior with Mosquito Net Between the Hammock and Tarp

The mosquito net is positioned between the tarp and the hammock, creating a noticeably more open interior space. The net stays away from your face and protects against insects without creating a cramped feeling. Traveller Camp XXL works well for hammock camping from spring to autumn, offering protection from both rain and insects.

Sleeping Pad Sleeve for Better Comfort

The hammock features a thermo construction with a diagonal sleeping pad sleeve designed to keep your sleeping pad in place during the night and help you find a more comfortable sleeping position.

The sleeve is intentionally placed at a slight angle rather than straight. This helps your body settle into a more natural diagonal sleeping position. Standard sleeping pads fit inside the sleeve. If you use an inflatable pad, it is recommended not to inflate it fully. Slightly softer inflation allows the pad to shape better under your body for improved comfort.

The seams of the sleeve are reinforced for added durability.

Spacious Mosquito Net Without Spreader Bars

The integrated mosquito net protects against insects without separate spreader poles or complicated structures. Because the net is suspended between the tarp and the hammock, the interior feels spacious and comfortable.

Inside, there is also a ridgeline where you can attach a ridgeline organizer, lamp, or other small gear you want to keep easily accessible during the night.

Can Also Be Used as a Ground Shelter

Traveller Camp XXL also works as a standalone tarp shelter. The hammock can be lifted underneath the tarp to create a protected camp shelter for breaks or basecamp use.

If suitable trees are not available at the right distance, the set can also be pitched on the ground using trekking poles or long branches. Your overnight setup does not depend entirely on finding the perfect hammock spot.

Easy to Set Up

The pre-installed ridgeline, clear hanging markers, and adjustable tarp make the first setup much easier. This is especially helpful if hammock camping is new to you.

White markings show the correct hanging direction, and tarp tensioning is simple without unnecessary hassle. Setup is more straightforward, so you can focus on camping instead of figuring out complicated adjustments.

Sleeping Pad Sleeve Size

The sleeve fits a sleeping pad with a maximum size of approximately 198 x 65 x 7 cm. Even thicker inflatable pads work well when left slightly underinflated. This helps the pad adapt better to your body and improves sleeping comfort.

The reinforced construction helps keep the pad securely in place throughout the night.
