Ultralight stuff sack Liteway Litebag Sil helps keep hiking and backpacking gear organised with almost no added weight. It is available in four sizes from 3 to 11 litres, making it easy to separate clothing, accessories and other small items inside your backpack.

Litebag Sil closes with a simple roll top system and lightweight buckle. It is made from 1.1 oz Silpoly 20D Ripstop with a fabric waterproof rating of 2000 mm. The seams are not sealed, however, so Litebag Sil is not a fully waterproof dry bag.

Ultralight stuff sack for hiking and backpacking

Litebag Sil is designed especially for lightweight hiking and backpacking, where even the weight of storage bags matters. The smallest 3 litre version weighs only around 12 g, while the largest 11 litre size weighs approximately 22 g.

The different sizes make it easy to organise the contents of your backpack by purpose. Smaller bags are useful for accessories and small items, while the larger sizes work well for spare clothing or other lightweight gear.

Silpoly 20D Ripstop fabric

Litebag Sil is made from lightweight 1.1 oz Silpoly 20D Ripstop. Silpoly is silicone-coated polyester with a ripstop construction that adds tear resistance to the lightweight fabric.

The fabric has a stated waterproof rating of 2000 mm. The material itself provides good protection from moisture, but because the seams are not sealed, water can still enter through the stitching.

For this reason, Litebag Sil is ideal for organising gear and providing additional protection inside a backpack, but it should not be relied on in the same way as a seam-sealed waterproof dry bag for moisture-sensitive equipment.

Roll top closure

The opening is closed with a simple roll top design. Roll the top down several times and secure the ends together with the lightweight WJ Fastex buckle.

The roll top closure is quick to use and also allows the packed size of the bag to be adjusted according to its contents.
