Summit To Eat trekking meals are easy to prepare. Just pour hot water into the pouch, stir, and wait a few minutes, and the meal is ready to enjoy. Summit To Eat meals are suitable for trekking, cottages, boats, or worksites – wherever you are. The products do not contain maltodextrin, palm oil, monosodium glutamate, or artificial flavors. The shelf life of the trekking food is 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Whole milk (milk) (28%), pasta (wheat) (14%), diced salmon (fish) (14%), cream (milk) (14%), diced onion (13%), broccoli (10%), rapeseed oil, corn flour, salt, white pepper.

Summit To Eat Trekking Food Preparation Instructions

  1. Open the pouch by tearing at the indicated spot and remove the oxygen absorber.
  2. Carefully add boiling water to the pouch (up to the fill line).
  3. Stir the contents well and close the pouch.
  4. Wait a few minutes, stir the meal, and season to taste.
  5. Carefully pour off any excess water.
