A freeze-dried outdoor meal made from chopped vegetables and rice in a richly spiced tikka curry sauce.

Every Summit To Eat meal is first cooked as a complete dish and only then freeze-dried. This method ensures that all flavours, spices, and aromatics blend evenly throughout the meal. Thanks to this process, Summit To Eat dishes are exceptionally tasty without the need for additives.

Summit To Eat meals are extremely easy to prepare: just pour hot water into the pouch, stir, wait a few minutes, and your meal is ready to enjoy. These meals are perfect for hiking, camping, the cabin, the boat, or even the worksite – wherever you go.
They contain no maltodextrin, palm oil, monosodium glutamate, or artificial flavourings.
Shelf life is 7 years from the date of manufacture.

Tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, onion, 40 g peppers (red, yellow, green), 40 g green beans, cream (milk), 29 g sweetcorn, 26 g cauliflower, 23 g rice, rapeseed oil, 16 g tikka masala paste (vinegar, rapeseed oil, tomato purée, ginger, coriander, sugar, ground coriander, garam masala: cumin, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves), paprika, sea salt, milk powder, lemon juice concentrate, ground cumin, turmeric, fenugreek leaf, green cardamom, chilli powder, bay leaves, garlic, corn starch, red chilli.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation Instructions (Single Meal)

Remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch.
Add 230 ml of hot water (up to fill line F) and stir thoroughly.
Close the pouch and let the meal stand for 8 minutes.
Enjoy straight from the pouch or serve in a bowl.
Pour off any excess water if needed.
