Summit To Eat Trekking Food Preparation Instructions
- Open the pouch by tearing at the indicated spot and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Carefully add boiling water to the pouch (up to the fill line).
- Stir the contents well and close the pouch.
- Wait a few minutes, stir the meal, and season to taste.
- Carefully pour off any excess water.
