DD Nest Hammock – MC is a DD Multicam-patterned hammock for discreet camping and sheltered overnight use. The hammock is fully finished in DD Multicam, and its structure is based on a design similar to the DD Frontline Hammock. Instead of a mosquito net, it has a full-length camouflaged top cover that provides protection from wind, insects and visibility.
There is a fine mesh window at the head end, allowing you to look out when the top cover is closed. Two full-length two-way zips on both sides make opening, closing and entering the hammock easier. Inside, there are four pockets for small items and two hanging loops for gear such as a lamp or glasses.
The double-layered base allows an insulating sleeping mat to be placed between the fabric layers in cooler conditions. When using an inflatable mat, it should be left partly underinflated so that it can adapt to the shape of the hammock.
The top cover can be lifted above the hammock using the spreader poles for a more open setup. The hammock can also be turned upside down so that the cover sits underneath.
The hammock is not designed to be waterproof. However, the top cover provides some wind protection and protection from very light rain. For full weather protection, the manufacturer recommends using the hammock with the DD Tarp 3×3 – MC.

Care and safety
• Remove sharp objects from pockets and clothing before entering the hammock
• Follow the manufacturer’s stated maximum load
• Check webbing, cords and knots before use
• Do not hang the hammock too low, and make sure there are no sharp objects underneath
• Children must be supervised when using the product
• Not suitable for children under 3 years
• Store in a cool, dry and dark place
• Make sure the hammock and all cords are completely dry before storage
• Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 40 °C or below -15 °C
• Keep at least 2 metres away from open flames
• Do not machine wash; clean gently by hand with lukewarm water
• Prolonged strong UV exposure may weaken the material
