XL Tree Huggers for Hammocks 3 m – DD Tree Huggers DD Hammocks
XL tree huggers for hammocks are especially suitable for larger trees and situations where a shorter tree strap would not reach comfortably around the trunk. DD Tree Huggers XL are 3 metres long and 4 cm wide.
The wide webbing helps distribute the load over a larger area of the tree trunk. Both ends of each strap have sewn loops for connecting the hammock suspension system. The package contains two tree huggers, enough for one hammock setup.
XL tree huggers for larger trees
The 3 metre length provides plenty of adjustment around thicker trees. The tree hugger is wrapped around the trunk and can be connected to the hammock suspension, for example with DD Whoopie Slings.
DD Tree Huggers XL are 4 cm wide and the pair weighs approximately 230 g.
Using with Whoopie Slings
DD Tree Huggers can be connected to a Whoopie Sling suspension using a suitable carabiner or soft connector. Do not run the Whoopie Sling directly through the tree hugger loop in a way that allows the two materials to rub against each other under load.

Care and storage
Check the tree huggers and stitching before use. Allow wet straps to dry completely before storage and keep them in a dry place away from prolonged UV exposure.
