Description
Ultralight Dyneema Gear Pouch AeroCube UltimaPeak
Many ultralight hikers spend time cutting grams from their gear but lose minutes every day searching through their backpack. Spare clothing ends up underneath the sleeping bag, electronics get mixed in with food, and hygiene items disappear into the bottom of the pack. AeroCube is designed to solve exactly that problem.
AeroCube is an ultralight Dyneema gear pouch created to give every piece of gear a permanent place inside your backpack. When each category of equipment has its own storage space, packing becomes faster, gear is easier to find, and your backpack stays organized throughout long trips.
Made from Dyneema® composite fabric, AeroCube offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Depending on the size, it weighs just 25–26 grams, making it possible to improve organization without a significant weight penalty.
Inside, a magnetic pocket provides dedicated storage for small items that would otherwise disappear into the bottom of the pouch. Cards, cash, keys, and other essentials stay separated from the main compartment and are easy to access when needed.
The YKK AquaGuard zipper helps protect the contents from dirt, splashes, and light moisture. While Dyneema does not absorb water like traditional fabrics, the seams are not waterproof, so AeroCube should not be considered a replacement for a dry bag.
Available in three sizes, AeroCube makes it possible to divide the contents of your backpack into logical categories. One pouch for clothing, another for electronics, and a third for hygiene items or camp essentials.
Made in Sweden.

Our Thoughts
A gear pouch alone will not solve a disorganized backpack. If you carry too much gear or every item ends up in the same place, the problem usually returns quickly.
AeroCube works best as part of a larger system. One pouch for clothing, another for electronics, and a third for hygiene items. When every category has a dedicated location, there is no need to think about where things are every time you stop.
Dyneema alone does not make this a better gear pouch. What makes AeroCube interesting is that an entire organization system can be built around pouches weighing only about 25 grams each. For many long-distance hikers, that is a small price to pay for always knowing exactly where their gear is.
